Full logistics timeline
Every shipment has a complete timeline showing every milestone that has already happened and every milestone still to come. You can see when cargo was booked, when it loaded, when the vessel sailed, when it arrived, when customs cleared and when delivery is expected. No gaps in the story.
Document management
All shipping documents are stored and accessible in the platform. Bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, customs entries and delivery notes are all available to download at any time. No more emailing TSI to ask for a copy of a document.
Customs and SARS status
See the status of your customs entry in real time. Know whether your bill of entry has been lodged, whether it is under query, whether SARS has released it and whether your cargo is ready for collection at the port. You see this before you need to ask TSI for an update.
Exception alerts
The platform flags exceptions automatically. A vessel delay, a customs query, a document issue or an approaching free day deadline will be flagged in your dashboard so you are informed immediately and TSI can act before the exception becomes a cost.

Whether your goods are being unpacked and stored after clearing, picked and packed for outbound orders or loaded for delivery to retail stores or end customers, every movement is tracked and visible to you in the platform without needing to call or email TSI for a stock count.
